As announced in our Court Calendar, the further appearance of Nasim Haradinaj is scheduled for 8 January 2021 at 15:00. During the first part of the hearing, Haradinaj will be asked to admit guilt or plead not guilty on the charges brought against him in the confirmed Indictment, pursuant to Rule 92(2)(c) of the Rules. If the accused declines to do so, the Pre-Trial Judge will enter a plea of not guilty on his behalf, pursuant to Rule 92(2)(f) of the Rules.The second part of the hearing will serve as the first status conference in this case. At his initial appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Guillou today, Hysni Gucati pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment.

As per the latest rescheduling decision today, the initial appearance of Nasim Haradinaj will take place tomorrow at 11:00, followed by the initial appearance of Hysni Gucati at 14:00 on the same day. Here is the decision.

As just announced in our Court Calendar, the initial appearance of Nasim Haradinaj has been rescheduled to Friday, 18 December 2020, at 14:00. Here is the rescheduling decision. 

As announced in our Court Calendar, the Initial Appearance of Nasim Haradinaj will take place on 15 December 2020 at 15:00 in the courtroom of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) in The Hague. More details in the news item.

On 11 December 2020, a Pre-Trial Judge of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers confirmed the indictment filed on 30 October 2020 by the Specialist Prosecutor against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj for offences against the administration of justice, namely obstruction of official persons in performing official duties, intimidation of witnesses, retaliation and violation of secrecy of proceedings. The initial appearances will take place on 15 December (Haradinaj) and 18 December (Gucati). More details in the press release.
