P. Shala: Constitutional Court Panel assigned for potential new Defence referral

On 2 July 2026, President Trendafilova assigned a Constitutional Court Panel to consider the Defence request by Pjetër Shala for an extension of time, until 2 October 2026, to file a referral, following the Supreme Court decision of 25 June 2026. Judges Vidar Stensland, Roumen Nenkov and Piotr Hofmański will decide on this request and any related filings in this matter. 

Please note that another referral by Pjetër Shala is currently pending before the same Constitutional Court Panel, as announced previously.
